They are a family run business and each member of the family has a role. You will meet a bunch of brothers and a brother in law I believe. From the day I reached out for a quote, to the day I had new windows, only about 1 month went by. After I first reached out, I had a quote in my hand within 24 hours. The price was competitive compared to the several quotes we received. After a few days of thinking it over, we approved the quote and they came out immediately to take precise measurements. They ordered the windows either the same day or the day after and then we had to wait about 10 days for them to show up in the warehouse and then just like that..we got on the schedule for install (Also, you don't pay until the job is complete!) On the day of install, they came ready to work and got the job done in 1 day (11 windows). My husband and I work from home and they were surprisingly not even very loud, yeah we heard some power tools here and there but it was amazing how quiet the project was all things considered. 

After the job, they vacuumed my entire house and cleaned the windows before they left. They checked all of their work inside and outside several times and made sure everything was sealed. They went over all the windows with us before they left. All good things...  very nice people, they do great work, fair pricing...you really can't go wrong with this company. In construction, a couple of rules of thumb are to get several (min 3) quotes and never go with the low bid option. I am pleased to say that River City Windows did a fantastic job for only 1/3 of the cost of the highest bid we received. I was pleased with their quality and customer service over the entire process.

For this project, we had 7 windows that were replaced from metal framed to vinyl. We had water intrusion and pinpointed the leaking to the old window frames. River City Windows was prompt with the initial consultation and bid.  One of the items that impressed me was their lifetime warranty on their installation and windows. Mike and Vadim were very responsive and patient with my many questions. We only waited 3 weeks from signing the contract to installation.

On the installation day, Dimitri and Andrey showed up on time and laid out plenty of tarps to catch dust inside and outside the house. When they worked inside the house, they took off their shoes and vacuumed everywhere they were working. The home is cleaner than when they left it. On another note, they discovered significant dry rot during installation. They got me a new quote for the add-service quickly and pivoted around to addressing the rotten wood. They were able to complete the work within the 2 days they promised. They installed better quality window sills at the kitchen out of their pocket. (thanks Dimitri!)

I also appreciated their honesty. For 2 windows, the exterior wall finish was thicker than the other areas they measured off of. There was a 1/2" gap between the drywall and the window frame. They totally owned up to it and filled the gap out of their pocket. Also, when the bug screen was ripped or the hot mud filler cracked with the stucco installation, they took care of the issues.

Another story is after the window installation, we noticed there was exposed wood where the building paper wasn't placed. With a rain storm coming, we called Vadim to get more building paper to protect the wood. He sent 2 of his workers over the next morning and they fixed it before the rain!

Their stucco subcontractor did a great job with the patchwork and matching the existing texture. My only feedback is that they could be more careful when they set their materials by the plants. Other than that, it was a job well done.

I enjoyed my experience with them and definitely will hire them for future jobs. They are well worth the money and they could charge more (but I am glad they are affordable!) for the quality, integrity, and professionalism demonstrated for this project.

We highly recommend River City Windows!! Not only is owner Mike a quality guy, but his entire team is highly respectful, skilled, and knowledgeable. Their prices are more than fair, the quality of their work is superb, and they clean up so well that there is no evidence that they were in the house other than the AMAZINGLY beautiful new windows and sliders that they installed. Don't hesitate to call Mike for all of your window needs. He is efficient in his responses and an excellent communicator through the entire process. Thank you, Mike and team! River City did a great job replacing all the windows in our house and helping us address a water intrusion issue with two bedroom windows. Amazing service, value and professionalism
Wow, this company is the full package! We hired River City Windows to replace all of the windows in our house and couldn't be happier with the results. This is a family-owned business with a ton of integrity. Every member of our sales/install team was extremely knowledgeable and committed to ensuring that we were satisfied every step of the way.  Dimitry and his crew did the installation and we were impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail. I called up 4 window installers. River City Windows was very competitive with their quote. Wes, David, and Daniel installed 13 windows for us. They were punctual, professional, and very courteous. We are so happy we used river city windows. From the initial quote, they came out and gave us options for our project, explaining why they felt certain products were better suited for what we needed, but never being pushy or trying to upsell. In fact, when mentioning an upgrade, they were very honest and said that due to the positioning of our windows, only one needed what we were asking for instead of selling us something we didn't need. The office staff was very responsive to our inquiries during the ordering process, and explained what would happen upon install. The day of the install the crew that came was very professional and respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after themselves. Daniel, David, and Vadim did the work and we were very happy with the process. After everything dried, we had just a couple spots that needed the caulking redone and they came out as soon as we asked for it to be fixed. We could not be happier with the results of the product and are so happy we used river city windows. I would highly recommend River City Windows if you are thinking of replacing your windows. 

They first came to measure the (9) windows we were looking to replace in our home. They were then transparent about the process and gave us thorough information about the type of windows that would be installed. They also provided a quote about a few days later and it was competitive with the other quotes we received from other companies.

We decided to move forward and sign the paperwork. They notified us when the windows would be ready to install and were flexible on our schedule. The lead time took about a month after signing the contract, which sounds reasonable to make the custom windows.

Dimitry came installation day and went straight to work. He and +1 was very quick! It took about 4 hours to finish the whole project & our windows look amazing. We also registered our warranty and used the promo code that would give us some Amazon gift card as rebate. 

Again, I highly recommend River City Windows!!
